Barcodes to renew a book or for requesting interlibrary loan:
 

When you try to renew books via our online catalog, the system will ask for your barcode number. Ignore the barcode on the front of your student ID and construct a number like this:

1.     Type 204000000

2.     Look at the back of your student ID card. You should find a long number that will always begin with a zero.      Change that first zero to a 1 and then add that 1 and the next four numbers to 204 000 000.

3.     So for example, if the number on the back of your student ID card was 01234 11283874-1A, the number you would use for renewing books or for borrowing on interlibrary loan would be 20400000011234.

Go into the Library Online Catalog and click on "Your borrowing Record" to initiate the process.
